About 20% of all missionaries of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints are sisters.
And in recent years the church sends out about 30,000 missionaries a year.
That is about 6,000 sister missionaries serving currently.
I have two sister friends about to enter the MTC.
One to the Budapest, Hungary mission and the other to Stockholm, Sweden!
How cool is that??
I know both will do great work in their assigned areas.
Cool blog. I know more sister missionaries than any other type. Weird. It's also cuz I'm getting old.
